This elegant heron pin is sure to be a favorite. The pin was originally designed by Frederick Davis of Mexico City. Frederick Davis was the first to design silver jewelry for the tourist trade to Mexico in the 1930's. This design is featured in the book "William Spratling and the Mexican Silver Renaissance" on page 102.
 
Details:
Pin is 2 1/2 inches high and 2 inches wide. Weight is 0.6 ounces. Markings are "Mexico 925 MBN". The pin is composed of sterling silver.
