Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer our customers a seven-day return policy where we will offer a full refund excluding the shipping costs.
  1. To return an item, you must call us at +1 (832) 563-3192 or send us an email to receive a Return Authorization Number. You must notify us within seven (7) days of receipt of an item that you wish to return the item.
  2. A returned item must be returned in original condition. Jewelry must not be polished, damaged or altered in any manner from original shipped condition for a return credit.
  3. Items returned shall be sent via U.S. Postal Service with insurance for the value of the item. Shipping costs for return are the responsibility of the customer. Please pack securely to insure no damage occurs in transit.
  4. Any item that was special ordered may not be returned.
